Pursuant to the authority vested in me, I hereby authorize the consensual use of electronic means for the filing and service of documents in newly-commenced probate and administration proceedings (including miscellaneous proceedings related thereto) and such other types of proceedings as the court may permit, in the Surrogate’s Court in the counties of Cayuga, Seneca, Steuben, and Yates, as provided in section 207.4-a of the Rules of the Chief Administrator of the Courts. This order is effective immediately.
