Some Supreme Civil courts have an available E-filing program in one or more case types, as such those case types will not
appear in the EDDS drop-down menu for those courts.
Documents in Commercial, Commercial Division,
Matrimonial, Other Matter, Other Special Proceeding, Real Property, and Torts can be sent to Allegany, Fulton,
Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Orleans, Schenectady, and Schoharie.
No documents may be sent
via EDDS (other than the Stipulation and Consent to E-Filing Form) to Albany, Bronx, Broome, Cattaraugus, Cayuga,
Chautauqua, Chemung, Chenango, Clinton, Columbia, Cortland, Delaware, Dutchess, Erie, Essex, Franklin, Genesse, Jefferson,
Kings, Lewis, Livingston, Madison, Monroe, Nassau, New York, Niagara, Oneida, Onondaga, Ontario, Orange, Oswego, Otsego,
Putnam, Queens, Rensselaer, Richmond, Rockland, Saratoga, Schuyler, Seneca, St. Lawrence, Steuben, Suffolk, Sullivan,
Tioga, Tompkins, Ulster, Warren, Washington, Wayne Westchester, Yates.
If you do not see the applicable case type
listed for the court above, you may be able to use NYSCEF to file your documents - if all parties consent to have the
matter converted to E-filing in accordance with §202.5-b(b)(2)(iv).
How to Convert a paper matter
to E-filing: All parties to the action or proceeding are required to complete and submit the
Stipulation and
Consent to E-Filing Form (PDF). This form may be sent via EDDS to any of the above courts with an existing e-filing program.
Once the matter has been converted, and is available in NYSCEF parties will receive an email notification.
