Christopher Gibson is the Director of the OCA Division of E-Filing. Mr. Gibson is in charge of coordinating and expanding the E-Filing programs to all of the courts and counties authorized for electronic filing throughout New York State, as well as the maintenance and development of the New York State Courts Electronic Filing System (NYSCEF). He oversees outreach, implementation, and training as it relates to transitioning courts to begin e-filing, working closely with judicial and non-judicial staff, the County Clerks, the local bar associations, and all other affected stakeholders. As Director of the Division of EFiling, he also works closely with his Deputy to manage the operations of the NYSCEF Resource Center, which serves as a statewide help desk and training center for E-Filing. Prior to his role as Director, Mr. Gibson served as Deputy for several years. During his tenure in this capacity e-filing yielded significant progress with respect to expansion and development statewide. Mr. Gibson has conducted numerous training sessions around the state. Among these were demonstrations of the NYSCEF system to the Electronic Filing Task Force of the New York Bar Association and to groups at several Annual Meetings of the State Bar. Mr. Gibson has received the Bernard Botein Award from the New York City Bar Association in recognition of his outstanding service to the court system, the Bar, and the public at large.

Maureen Ardi is the Principal Management Analyst at the OCA Division of E-Filing. In this role she acts as Deputy to Director Christopher Gibson. She oversees operations of the statewide NYSCEF Resource Center, where she serves as the manager in charge. Maureen works closely with Mr. Gibson and the technical staff of the Unified Court System on the development and enhancement of the NYSCEF software. She has assisted in the court system's expansion of e-filing statewide. She has conducted numerous training sessions around the state for the County Clerk and court staff and for attorneys and paralegals. Maureen has been with the Division of E-Filing for 14 years. In her prior roles as Senior Court Clerk, Court Clerk Training Specialist and Senior Management Analyst she taught many NYSCEF training sessions to attorneys and court staff concentrating on how to use the NYSCEF system, and was regularly troubleshooting issues from court staff, County Clerks, and the Bar. Mrs. Ardi was a recipient of the 2012 New York County Lawyer's Association Unsung Hero Award.

Michael Baccellieri is a Senior Management Analyst who has worked for the Unified Court System since 2010. He started in the New York County Clerk's Office where he helped to establish the E-filing Department in 2014. He worked in numerous departments of the County Clerk’s Office and has gained a vast knowledge and understanding of County Clerk rules and procedures. He joined the NYSCEF Resource Center in 2018 and was appointed liaison to the Appellate Divisions. He provides regularly scheduled e-filing trainings throughout New York State and provides online trainings in e-filing for Supreme Court, Civil Court, Surrogate's Court, and the Appellate Divisions. Michael has been involved in the implementation of other court applications including the Electronic Document Delivery System and Virtual Evidence Courtroom.

Antonella Barbieri is a Senior Management Analyst who joined the Division of E-Filing in 2016. She began in the Unified Court System in 2004 and has been a Court Clerk since 2006. Prior to joining the NYSCEF Resource Center, Antonella served as a supervisor in several offices in the NYC Civil Court, including the Office of the Self-Represented, the General Clerk's Office and Housing Court's Warrant Department. Antonella brings her years of experience of Civil Practice and knowledge to the NYSCEF Resource Center, conducting frequent trainings offered to attorneys, judges, clerks, agencies, and the public. In addition to these trainings, Antonella serves as a NYSCEF liaison to the Courts with the highest volume in New York State, the Family Court, and New York City Civil Court. Antonella is the recipient of the 2011 Access to Justice's DIY Star Award (Second Quarter), the 2012 New York County Lawyer's Association Unsung Hero Award and the 2013 New York County Lawyer's Association Melvin C. Levin Award.

Marie F. Rosemy is a Court Clerk Training Specialist who joined the Division of E-Filing in 2013. Prior to her assignment to the Division, Marie served as a Senior Court Clerk and Associate Court Clerk in the New York City Criminal Court, New York County, for 11 years. In the NYSCEF Resource Center, she is currently designated as the NYSCEF Liaison for the 5th and 9th Judicial Districts. Her duties also include conducting virtual trainings to attorneys for CLE credit, to filing agents and to unrepresented litigants. Ms. Rosemy travels to numerous counties throughout the state, offering NYSCEF training to the Supreme Court and County Clerk's staff.

Theresa Daniel is a Management Analyst who joined the Division of E-Filing in 2011, as a Senior Court Analyst. Theresa joined the Unified Court System in 2002 as an Assistant Court Analyst under Hon. Robert Keating, Dean of the Judicial Institute. In 2006, Theresa served as Secretary to the Chief Administrative Judge of Criminal Court, Hon. Juanita Bing Newton, and served in a greater capacity as Senior Management Analyst once the judge was appointed Dean of the New York State Judicial Institute. As a valued staff member of the NYSCEF Resource Center, Theresa's quality customer service is frequently recognized by the public as she supports the NYSCEF Resource Center. She also teaches virtual Supreme Court classes to Attorneys for CLE Credit and Unrepresented Litigants who would like to learn to e-file to better represent themselves. Theresa also trains court employees in E-Filing throughout the state.

Erlon Hodge is a Management Analyst who joined the Division of E-Filing in 2016. Erlon began his career in 2000, where he was assigned to the New York County Clerk's Office. During his time there, Erlon acquired a firm working knowledge of each department within the New York County Clerk’s Office. As a Court Aide in the Records Department, Erlon was promoted to and recognized as the supervisor of the County Clerk's newly formed E-filing Department. In the NYSCEF Resource Center, Mr. Hodge is responsible for assisting attorneys, paralegals, and unrepresented litigants on the functionality of the NYSCEF website. He also conducted in-person and virtual trainings for various Bar Associations, attorneys, and court personnel throughout the state. Mr. Hodge serves as NYSCEF Liaison to the Supreme Courts in the 1st, 3rd, 9th and 12th Judicial Districts, the Queens Supreme Court, the Court of Claims and SCAR/Tax Certiorari matters.

Christopher Tursellino is a Management Analyst who began his career with the Unified Court System in January 2020, as a Court Assistant in the Nassau County Surrogate Court and joined the Division of EFiling in July of 2022. During his time assigned to Surrogate Court, under the pressures of the pandemic, Mr. Tursellino became a crucial component in the expansion of the NYSCEF program, enhancing the Nassau County Surrogate's Court's operation. With a broad knowledge of Surrogate's Court procedures, he serves as the NYSCEF Liaison to all Surrogate's Court statewide. Mr. Tursellino also serves as NYSCEF Liaison for the Supreme Courts in the 5th and 9th Judicial Districts. Additionally, he conducts training court staff and filers.

Ya'cara C. Campbell is a Principal Court Analyst who joined the Division of E-Filing in July of 2022. Ms. Campbell has served the Unified Court System since 2005. Prior to joining the Division, Ya'cara served as a Case Manager II and Court Analyst in the Kings County Family Treatment Court for over 17 years. Ms. Campbell also served as a Case Manager in the Permanency Planning department in Kings Family Court, where, during the pandemic, she guided courts users to submit documents through the Electronic Document Delivery System (EDDS). In the Division of E-FIling, Ms. Campbell conducts CLE training sessions for attorneys and their staff, as well as trainings for court staff and litigants to help them properly navigate the NYSCEF system. Ms. Campbell also serves as the NYSCEF Liaison for the Family Courts statewide.

Frank Giovinco is a Principal Court Analyst who joined the Division of E-Filing in 2022. Frank started his career in the Unified Court System in 2001, first assigned to the Queens County Clerk's Office. During that time, Frank gained expert working knowledge of the operation in the Queens County Clerk's Office. Frank's knowledge was recognized, as he was assigned to oversee the Queens County Clerk's E-filing Department. In the NYSCEF Resource Center, Mr. Giovinco continues to serve the public, as well as assisting in conducting in-person and virtual trainings.
