Pursuant to the authority vested in me, I hereby authorize the use of electronic
means for the filing and service of documents, as provided in section 202.5-b of the Rules
of the Chief Administrator of the Courts, in those civil actions in Supreme Court and in
those counties in which such use was authorized on the day immediately preceding the
effective date of this order.
This order is effective immediately.
