Pursuant to the authority vested in me, I hereby establish, give notice, and continue the
authorization of a pilot program in the use of electronic means in the Family Court in accordance
with AO/188/22, for the (1) origination of certain proceedings in such court, and (2) the filing
and service of papers in certain proceedings therein. The counties and classes of proceedings to
which this pilot program apply are posted on the NYSCEF Website at www.nycourts.gov/efile,
under the authorized courts and case types link. The content of the website will be updated only
upon the approval the of the Chief Administrative Judge.
Such pilot program shall be conducted in accordance with and subject to the rules
established/adopted in AO/188/22.
This Order is effective November 18, 2022.
